With over 20 years of experience in international education, Dr. Stuart Colesky has worked across Africa and the Middle East, partnering with ministries, private education groups, and schools of all sizes. He focuses on sustainable practices aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, helping schools develop systems that are effective, inclusive, and future-focused.
Dr. Colesky is an expert in school design, curriculum development, teacher recruitment and training, policy reform, and school improvement. He has led projects across diverse budgets and sectors, with scalable programs adopted across the Middle East.
He is also experienced in leading inspections and applying various frameworks to support school performance. Whether consulting on national strategies, recruitment, or tailored learning solutions, Dr. Colesky brings a collaborative, values-led approach that empowers lasting change in education.

Dr. Kathryn Peckham
International Educational Consultant | Specialist in Early Childhood Development and Pedagogical Innovation
Dr. Kathryn Peckham is a recognised expert in early childhood education and pedagogical innovation, with over 20 years of international experience. She has worked with ministries, NGOs, and international schools across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, focusing on developmentally appropriate practices that nurture children’s natural curiosity and love of learning.
As the founder of Nurturing Childhoods, she has led curriculum design and teacher development programs implemented in schools across multiple countries. Her frameworks support high-quality teaching and inclusive learning environments.
Dr. Peckham is also an expert in inspection readiness and has contributed to key sector publications including Birth to Five Matters and the EYFS. Her consultancy services are evidence-based, tailored to each school’s context, and built for long-term impact.
